this page is really just a "what if". it represents a 20green policy of "the future" that reaches more than just our little neighborhood. non-profit? corporate sponsored? government assisted?

a nationwide, grass roots, eviromentally positive movement in residential neighborhoods to lower the speed limit through education, advocacy and voluntary participation.    the primary goal is to make these neighborhoods safer for children, walkers, runners and cyclists - accomplished through changing habits and mindset - not laws.  
when residents commit to drive 20 MPH in residential neighborhoods whenever it is prudent and practical to do so, they and their neighbors are rewarded with the documented benefits of 20GREEN. the 20green national organization can provide the resources to certify your residential neighborhood "20GREEN" and achive these goals.
